Audience: State and federal Program Directors, Staff, and Business Directors
Brief Description: This session will review the requirements under the Education Department General Administrative Regulations (EDGAR). It will provide an overview of the grants management rules related to financial management, procurement, and inventory management. This session will also discuss the allowability rules and how to go about determining whether a cost is allowable. Finally, the session will include all the final updates to the Uniform Grants Guidance by the Office of Management and Budget. It is recommended that participants have a copy of the EDGAR book for the workshop. New Editions can be purchased at www.bruman.com/publications/
